  Thanks to all. The unfractured original was in our yesterday's newspaper -- a Washington Post beauty with Obama driving and Uncle Sam in the passenger seat saying, "I think I'm going to be sick." The sign said, "Recovery is just around the corner."

  I'm still waiting for an answer to my question: "What is the definition of 'soon'/'imminent'/'near'/'on-our-doorstep'/'right around the corner'?"

  No JW has ever answered me on that.

  Ha! Nor me. I've been out for some 33 years after being in for 21.

  it follows that taking only a fraction of blood is still akin to eating blood fractions.fact: jw's say that eating any part of another human is considered cannibalism.

  it follows that eating another person's arm, albeit only a fraction of a person, is still cannibalism.conclusion: if jw's, by their definition, consider eating the arm (a body fraction) of another person as cannibalism, then eating a fraction of blood must also make the jw guilty of cannibalism.. len miller.

  ok not sure about the inner workings of this forum.. .

  however how is it possible to attach a pdf file or a photo to a post.. .

  can some one explain in very simple language for me.....i am not to keen on hosting on a photobucket site as i need to keep my id private.. any help gratefully received.

  Hmmm ... I just noticed that privacy issue you mention. Perhaps others may want to chime in here for tips.

  At first thought perhaps you can find some trusted person here who is willing to host your files to assure anonymity. Surely there are free sites out there that will do the same.

  Hi JWF,

  Yes, it is possible and not difficult. In both cases, however, the files must first be copied to some web location. Most users have a vanity space allotment from their Internet Providers.

  Then, for PDF files (or any hyperlink) when composing your message in the editor, first select a piece of text. Once highlighted, look above to that middle row of icons for the one that looks like a chain. Click that and a dialog box should open where you can paste the hyperlink address to the proper field. Here's one of my essays (on WT dishonesty) that's located on my vanity space.

  For photos, no text selection is necessary. Place your cursor where you'd like the photo to appear, then click that icon in the same middle row, the one that looks like a green tree. Again, a dialog box should open where you can paste the hyperlink address. Many users first place their photo to the free service PhotoBucket. What follows is an infamous image of Russell's grave site I just found using Google images. I then selected it and used the center-alignment icon.
